I haven't checked with the husband about his work schedule for the week, but this is how I'm hoping it will play out. If I can't make it to the gym one day, then it will be replaced with P90X.
Mon-
bike, short run, upper body
Tues-arc trainer, lower body
Wed -bike, short run, upper body
Thurs -elliptical, lower body
Fri - circuit train
Sat- long run
Sun- rest
