The plan

Well it's already a few days into the week, but it's never too late to write down the plan in black and white.

Mon- elliptical, walking, upper body/core (check!)
Tues - my Dance Moms spin session
Wednesday -P90X or spin
Thursday - Spin 60 min upper body/core
Friday - rest
Sat - zumba
Sun - it's supposed to be nice so if it I told the oldest that we can go for a run together - 1 mile

So there it is - that I'll be up to this week.
