Try it Tuesday

I've been getting my share of burpees lately while doing the Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack.  It does feel like it works for me!

  3. I really like it Jen! I did my waist measurement when I started. When I'm done I'll check it again to see if there was a difference. I do feel like I'm losing some of my love handles and belly flab.
